Doug Fulgham started CayCan Safety Consulting in the spring of 2000 to aid the commercial transportation industry in achieving, maintaining and measuring compliance with the National Safety Code and related legislation. Experience as a mechanic, truck driver, dispatcher, owner/operator and a Transport Officer has given him a down to earth approach for tackling compliance issues, driver training program development, performance monitoring, and overseeing all of CayCan's transportation safety solutions.

Angel Brasok

Programs / 3rd Party Auditor

Angel comes to Caycan taking a leadership role in providing proactive guidance to carriers in the area of National Safety Code compliance. This includes program development, implementation and review, file set up for personnel, vehicle and maintenance files, preventative maintenance scheduling and follow through, training requirements and programs, all to meet company's specific needs. Angel has worked with both large and small carriers, new Safety Fitness Certificate Applicants as well as established carriers. She has worked with carriers preparing for C.O.R. / S.E.C.O.R.'s as well establishment of a compliant N.S.C program.

Angel continually liaises with a variety of sectors of government and industry, which include the C.V.S.A., C.C.M.T.A., individual companies and transportation ministries across Canada..

Lesa Sanderson

Administrative Assistant / Training Coordinator

Lesa joins CayCan Safety in an administrative role. She is responsible for coordinating training, log auditing, and general administrative duties as required. Lesa has over 12 years experience in business support services.
